Vanadium produced via electron-beam melting

Vanadium ingots are melted in electron beam furnaces fitted with   axial thermionic guns and HVGD guns (high-voltage glow discharge). The melting is carried out via drip melting method in vertical water-cooled copper crystallizer.

Applicanion: Special alloys manufacture.
